Chris is a queer neurodivergent British/Irish screenwriter based in East London. Chris has recently written two television movies Just for Showmance and Write Place, Write Time for Reel One Entertainment.

In 2022 his LGBTQ+ farce Tommy on Top had it's US premier at The Foundry Theatre in Florida. After numerous sold out shows, Tommy on Top went on to have an extended run. The following month Tommy on Top ran at PrideArts Theatre in Chicago for five weeks.

His plays have been performed in London, New York, Sydney, Edinburgh and Reykjavik.  

As an actor Chris has performed at The Lyric Hammersmith, New Diorama, The Pleasance, The Yard, Above The Stag and The Criterion.

He has worked as a secondary school teacher for over fifteen years in schools all across the UK, including The BRIT school. During this time he led workshops, directed commnuity projects and tutored students for drama school auditions. Chris is dyslexic and has worked at Goldsmiths University to educate new teachers on the strategies to help dyslexic young people.  

Chris was born and bred in South East London and is an Irish/British National.

In 2019 he was commssioned to write Eat Sleep Exam Repeat which was performed at The Old Vic Theatre.

His most recent short film Ophelia Spice featured on BBC Performance: Culture in Quarantine.
